Return Policy
If you are unhappy with any product you purchase on this website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs).
To make a return please send your item back to the appropriate address listed below. The item should be securely wrapped along with your delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item, you can do so within 14 working days, or longer at the discretion of Anna María Design.
There is no charge to exchange items, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is to be paid for the replacement item. If you are outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.
To exchange an item, contact our customer service by email: annamaria@annamariadesign.is. From there we will guide you through the steps needed for the exchange.
Customs & Dues
- All prices include taxes
- No additional dues on your product before shipping
- Shipping cost of your choice (see “shipping”) is added to your total cost
- The product might be taxed upon arrival in your home country
Kindly familiarize yourself with possible taxes or dues in your home country, as your goods may be taxed when arriving at your desired destination.
Warranty
We guarantee the material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of your purchase. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period. If your jewelry becomes damaged as a result of manufacturer defect, Anna Maria Design will repair or replace the item, at our discretion, without charge. Guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and all damage caused by abuse.
